Our beautifully restored 1880s vineyard homestead offers self-contained luxury bed and breakfast accommodation at Brockenchack Vineyard, nestled in the Barossa’s picturesque Eden Valley.

Sleeping a maximum of four people, this house offers two mirror-image king-size master suites, each with its own ensuite. The house also boasts a fully appointed kitchen, dining area, laundry facilities, additional powder room and two living areas with wood-burning fireplaces. Outside you’ll enjoy wrap-around verandas giving you superb views of the vineyard in every direction, plus the private spa house for your exclusive use.

Our B&B guests are treated to a special private wine tasting at our cellar door.

We have a minimum two-night stay.

Two identical master suites (sleeping up to four people) = $795 per night

One master suite (sleeping two people) = $595 per night

For families, please note that the king beds cannot be split into singles. We can offer one traditional Japanese futon mattress which can be made up on the floor for a child at an additional $55 per night.

For two-person occupancy, where just one master suite is booked, you will have private use of the whole house with access to the kitchen, dining, lounge room and spa. The second master suite and lounge area would remain locked off.

No deposit is required at the time of the booking. Full payment will be charged approximately one week prior to your check-in date.

Everything you need to know...

Two Master Suites

Everything has been considered here for your comfort. Our two master suites are an exact mirror image of each other. In both suites you will enjoy:

A luxurious king size bed - everything about this bed has been upgraded to the best that you can get, including the mattress, pillows and linens;
A walk in robe in which to tuck your belongings away, containing fluffy bathrobes for use during your stay;
A private ensuite.

Ensuite Bathrooms

Each of the two master suites has its own private ensuite bathroom, featuring:

A toilet and hand basin;
A walk-in tiled shower with a rain shower head and a handheld shower head;
Under floor heating and heated towel rails for the cooler months; and
Fluffy towels, luxury shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion products for use during your stay.

Gourmet Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen offers:

Caesarstone counter tops;
Miele appliances including induction cook top and range, oven and dishwasher;
Double door fridge with ice maker;
Temperature controlled wine fridge;
Microwave;
Nespresso pod coffee machine;
Crockery, cutlery, glassware, wine aerator, cooking and baking equipment – everything you could need.

Breakfast Provisions

You can make the most of this country escape without having to rush in the mornings, as we’ve got all your breakfast needs covered! Enjoy locally sourced produce for your big breakfast cook up, including fresh bread, Barossa bacon, free-range eggs, tomatoes and mushrooms. Or if you’re after something lighter, opt in for our range of cereals, butter and spreads for toast, as well as milk, tea and coffee.

Living Areas

The living spaces contain:

Ducted climate control for air conditioning or heating in every room;
Dining table;
Two lounge rooms, each with own wood burning fire place, smart TV, comfy leather sofas and reading material;
Pay TV (Foxtel) in the main lounge.

Private Spa House

Indulge in your own private, heated, five person spa pool / hot tub.

Grab your supplied fluffy bath robes and slippers on the cooler evenings and light the candles in the private spa house for some romantic bliss. Unwind with a wine in hand, overlooking the vines and feel the stresses of life melt away.

Infants and Children

Infants and children are welcome at our accommodation, however please be aware that we are not set up to cater to children. An infant may accompany you at no additional charge but you would need to bring your own port-a-cot. We do not have cots, high chairs or any other baby equipment available. If travelling from interstate you could try Adelaide Baby Hire.

For families with older children, please know that our king beds cannot be split into singles, however two children could share the second bedroom. We also have a single Japanese futon mattress that we can make up on the floor of the main bedroom, suitable for one child, for an additional $55 per night.
