Our Pinot Noir journey has been a passion project from the outset, intent on delivering a beautifully elegant Pinot Noir from our cool climate, estate single vineyard in Eden Valley. We planted our Pinot vines in 2012 in the three coldest and rockiest spots in our vineyard.
Hare hunting has been a much enjoyed pastime for our grandsons over the years and despite their best efforts, the lads had never been able to nab one in our Pinot block... until the year of our first Pinot release, coincidentally, when they managed 3! They've since only added 4 more, so the hunt continues.
